You can return items that you are not happy with within 60 days from purchase. You will receive a returns form with your order, as well as an address label. Please note returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We advise customers to send unwanted items back to our warehouse via a tracked service. Please follow the steps below:
1. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition complete with tags and packaging.
2. Fill out the returns form that arrived with your order with the reason for returning the item.
3. Send your return back to our warehouse addressed on the returns form.
4. Once we receive your parcel we will process your refund, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to reach your account.
Please note we no longer accept exchanges, and you’ll need to reorder the new sizes you’re after.
